Food Truck Friday on August 7 was a milestone for Sunshine Farm — our very first official sales and the moment our little business truly came to life. The folks in Barbourville showed up with so much enthusiasm, and we loved every minute of serving fresh, warm kettle corn to the community. It was the perfect kickoff to our season and a day we’ll always remember.
